The mission of Live Hive Inc. is to preserve and publish live music performances. The platform makes it almost effortless for a show host to socialize the music at their event, while honoring the rights of the artist.
Most of our open mic performances are recorded and uploaded to Live Hive. From here, a performer can choose to share their song with the public, or keep it private so only they can listen to it. The service was written by prior Utah open mic host JJ Schultz.

Fun fact: in 2018, a group of Josh’s friends banded together in secret to record an album of his covers, as a birthday present. Since most of his songs are not recorded anywhere else, Live Hive was an invaluable resource! A project like this could never have seen the light without Live Hive.
